Meet the Hosts
Hey, I’m your Pod Savvy Guide and a full-on Podnerd in the best way. I started podcasting in 2017 and today it my day job, where I specialize in B2B podcasting.
And for fun? I host five podcast series of my own, just because I genuinely love this stuff. Between work and my personal shows, I’ve recorded and published over 1,000 episodes. I’ve made the jump from audio to video, tried all the things, and learned firsthand that done is better than perfect.
I’m here to help you stop overthinking, trust your voice, and show up anyway so you can spend less time on admin and more time behind the mic.
Hey, I’m Todd Porter, a Utah-based real estate expert with Real Estate Essentials. My passion for property rights, individual freedom, and wealth creation through real estate was shaped early. After spending several years living in a third-world country under tyranny and oppression, which deepened my understanding of how property ownership supports personal liberty and financial independence.
I purchased my first investment property shortly after high school, and earned my real estate license in 1986.
My work is guided by a simple belief: “Take advantage of your God-given rights to Life, Liberty, and PROPERTY.”
